Ergo Solstice is located in Cupertino, California, which is one of the most vibrant and affluent cities in the Silicon Valley. Corporate giants, such as Apple and Seagate, are only one to two blocks away from Ergo Solstice. Stanley Li, who is the founder of Ergo Solstice, has found his passion and needs in serving corporate clients in regards to injuries prevention since he has noticed that many corporate workers have suffered from musculoskeletal injuries in their workplaces due to repetitive movements, stress load, and inappropriate equipment usage. Stanley started his ergonomic assessment career in 2013 when he worked at Palo Alto Research Center as an Environmental Health and Safety Intern. After he departed from the research center, he worked as a contracted consultant for Performance-Based Ergonomics, Back School Consulting, and Insurance Safety Consultant. Clients that he has served for the past two years included Adobe, Amazon, Thoratec, Impax Lab, Uber, and many other smaller corporations and professional legal and engineering firms.
Stanley is a certified ergonomist. He has earned his CAE destination from the Oxford Research Institute. He has also earned his CEAS certification from the Back School Consulting, and his COEE qualification from Human Scale. Stanley has recently completed a Doctor of Science (DS) degree in Sports Science from Atlantic International University. He also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Occupational Health and Safety / Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. In the 90s, Stanley has also received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of California. In terms of personal interest, Stanley enjoys working out in the gym, practicing Kung Fu and martial arts, and reading academic books and research.
